I am still on the way to perfection to Java. But here are some applets which show the evolution of me as a Java programmer.
Evolution of an Applet
Starting from the "Hello, World !" applet.. The "Hello, world !" is like Do Re Mi.., without that even Mozart could not write his 40th (or, did he ?). Well, in any case, this is the traditional first program in any programming language.
And then the evolution skipped a lot of mutations, and now here is a simulated news headlines ticker as seen on CNN. This is my second applet, first using threads. Try moving the mouse over the applet.
This is the third applet. Click on the applet to go to different sites. Who ever said Java is difficult ?!!
And now, for the one that resembles the original applet. This did not take much time to write, only a few modifications to the applet above, and Presto !
Watch out for this space guys, more applets to come.Future applets will be different, I swear !
