Here is a tremendous resource, a web site with loads of AI tutorials
and beginner labs. It is "Toward Data Science":

Most of the neural network stuff is under the Machine Learning tab. The
site isn't completely indexed and organized, contributors post videos and
exercises sort of haphazardly.  The simple stuff is mixed up with the hard
stuff. But they do provide some index pages.
