Day 1 afternoon

• normalization

Day 2 morning

• discussion of relational algebra as intro to SQL
• SQL statements

Day 2 afternoon

• Examples in Oracle, Access and Visual FoxPro

Day 3 morning

• Case study, practice using an existing database

• Practice designing and creating a simple database
