This is an online preparatory course for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification exam. Topics include the ten domains of the CISSP exam, including security management practices, access control, security models and architecture, telecommunications and network security, and cryptography. Students will see sample CISSP test questions and take practice exams. This course will be taught by Dr. James Leon, CISSP, CPA. Dr. Leon is the Director of IT Training for Computer Science at Northern and has published articles on security in journals such as Internal Auditing and the Journal of Accountancy.
